CG Architects were appointed to provide architectural services for a mixed-use, four-storey new-build development. With Planning Permission already having been granted, the practice's role included the discharge of planning conditions, the provision of a detailed construction package and the overseeing of the construction phase through to completion. The development includes a large retail unit at ground floor and basement, a public library and 20 residential flats to the upper levels.
