Chris Georgiou
DirectorChris began his Architectural education at the University of Westminster, graduating in 1995 with a BSc (Honours) in Architectural Engineering. He continued his studies at the University of Greenwich, completing his Diploma in Architecture in 1998 and RIBA Part III Examinations in 1999.
In 1998 Chris was employed by MBH Partnership before moving to Bernard Engle Architects. During his term at both practices, Chris worked predominantly on retail projects which included store implementation projects for major retailers such as Sports Direct, Arcadia and John Lewis.
In 2003, Chris founded CG Architects and has led the firm onto continuous annual growth and success in a variety of sectors. Chris has a direct involvement on all the projects the practice undertakes, as well as the day-to-day running of the practice.
Nick Papalexandrakos
AssociateNick graduated from the University of Westminster In 2001 with a BSc Architecture degree. He was welcomed in to CG as part of his 1 year work placement in 2004. In 2005 he completed a MA in Computer Imaging in Architecture at the University of Westminster and in 2006, he received his Diploma in Architecture from the University of East London.
He returned to the team in 2008 and has since contributed to most major and minor projects undertaken and is involved in many projects from feasibility stage through to completion. In 2011, Nick completed his Advanced Diploma in Professional Practice in Architecture (RIBA Part III) at the University of Westminster.
Most recently, Nick has been project architect on phase 1 of the Centre Heights project, which consists of a 3 phase, £7 million development in the heart of Swiss Cottage.
David Dixey
AssociateIn 2003, David began his BA Honours in Architecture at Manchester Metropolitan University. Graduating in 2006, he completed 2 years in professional practice before returning to undertake a Master of Architecture at the University of Liverpool. Graduating in 2010, David joined CG Architects as a RIBA Part II Architectural Assistant.
Whilst working at the practice, he concluded his education, undertaking an Advanced Diploma in Professional Practice in Architecture (RIBA Part III) at the University of Westminster. David has sound technical knowledge and a good wealth of experience at all design stages in a variety of sectors. This has afforded him a key role in some of the practice’s larger projects - most notably, a new-build £4 million mixed-used development in South-East London, which is currently under construction.
