CG Architects were appointed to provide a full architectural service for a new mixed use development on this logistically difficult and tight site on Tottenham High Road.

The outcome was planning approval for a new development, consisting of 2 commercial/retail units to the ground floor and with 9 flats on the upper levels.

Particular attention had to be paid to the massing of the building as well as the external aesthetic and design, to ensure that the character of the high street and the conservation area was maintained.
