The project at Mornington Place involved the conversion of an existing public house into 7 apartments, incorporating the excavation and formation of a basement, erection of rear extensions and a mansard roof extension.

The key element of the project involved retaining the front façade despite demolishing everything beyond that, as well as excavating a basement, whilst safeguarding both the façade and adjoining properties. The result was the creation of 7 luxury apartments in the heart of Camden, which retained the character of the original building.
