The project at The Pastures involved the demolition of an existing 1960s detached house and the construction of a new build luxury house, in the heart of Totteridge.

The new house consisted of a 2 storey detached property incorporating a basement, loft with rear dormers and associated soft and hard landscaping. Some of the key features included a swimming pool, gym and games room in the basement, amongst others.

CG Architects were appointed to provide and carry out a full architectural service for the new build project, incorporating detailed construction drawings and on site supervision.
