CG Architects were appointed post-planning, to provide architectural services for a new-build mixed use development in Southgate, North London. The project comprised of 2 retail units to the ground floor, with 7 spacious, contemporary flats to the upper 2 floors.

Particular attention had to be paid to the external aesthetic of the new building to ensure that the character of the high street was maintained. Sliding sash windows, stone detailing and a slate roof typical of the neighbouring properties ensured that this was achieved.
